The project will consist of nominal 600 bedrooms, a gymnasium with a NBA size basketball court and climbing wall, two-storey core complex with recreation center and full service lounge with floor to ceiling stone fireplaces, a movie theatre, dining area and a convenience store with a coffee shop. The camp facility will also include an on-site laundry facility, emergency response/fire hall, maintenance building, office complex and security gatehouse. The bedrooms will all have private baths and hotel quality furnishings. The accommodations will be housed in three storey buildings connected with arctic walkways and serviced by elevators.

The core complex and first 100 beds are scheduled for occupancy on September 30th, 2013. The entire camp will be approximately 275,000 sq. ft. in size, and will be operation in early 2014.
